Well tonight I played another Rival game called “Travel Bug.” That’s 10 minutes of my life I’ll never get back, it was terrible. It had several elements to a game I hate…1) cheesy icons, 2) small payouts, 3) laggy gameplay, 4) no engagement. I was really disappointed, and after playing for roughly 10 minutes, and going down $1,400, I decided enough was enough. The crappy thing about being that far down is the max bet is only $20!! The game is a 5×20 slot, with bets ranging from $0.01-$0.10 per coin, up to 10 coins per line for a max bet of $20. The graphics are all insect based, and they are variations on traveling bugs, with suitcases, sunglasses, and cameras, with some planes and passports thrown in to mix it up a bit. There are allegedly some bonus features, none of which I hit, probably because I couldn’t stand to play any longer. The first is a free spin bonus, which is triggered by three or more scatter bugs, which sets you into 10 free spins in a “Cant Lose” mode, where the first reel is always wild, and 2 icon payouts are added to the list. The second is a bonus round triggered by three passports, I never hit it so I’m not sure what the specs are on that minigame. Needless to say, I am not a fan of this game, don’t waste your time, and more importantly, your money on this one, just keep on rolling.
